Food - Pakistani Dishes

NAAN
2 cups flour
milk and water for kneading (use as much as
necessary)
1 tbsp. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. yeast
1 tbsp. fine sugar
1-2 tbsp. oil
sesame seeds to sprinkle on top
Dissolve yeast and
sugar in luke warm water. Sift flour and add salt,
oil, yogurt and yeast mixture. Add milk and water,
and knead it well.
Make a dough and leave it to rise for 30 minutes.
Punch down the dough and divide into 4 balls. Roll
out each ball into flat discs.
Prick with a fork and brush with milk. Sprinkle
with sesame seeds.
Bake in oven over 400 F degrees (200 degrees
celsius) for 15 minutes.
